Goatfell

The Coig - The Arran

Soaring to 874 m (2,867 ft), the iconic Goatfell mountain is the Isle of Arran's highest point with stunning panoramic views across the rugged island landscape and beyond. A highlight for any enthusiastic walker, clearing the summit is well worth the challenge, not only for the views but for the abundance of wildlife and flora and fauna you'll see along the way. Look up and you might spot buzzards and golden eagles.
